NFPA 70 Electrical Code, Revisions to NEC 2014 and 2017 standards
The main objective of this course is to familiarize participants with the series of national electrical codes NFPA 70. In this course we will give a basic introduction to the National Electrical Code (NEC), the National Association of Fire Protection (NFPA 70), its structure , history and development, a detailed description of the areas that have been covered and discovered by this code, how the code is organized, the preferred units of measurement and what are the mandatory rules and regulations for safety. In addition, the differences between NEC 2014 and 2017 are discussed.
